2. Scope

These terms govern the online sale of gift vouchers for a treatment from my catalogue (massage, fascia therapy, assisted stretching, Kobido, rituals), to be carried out at the Soorts-Hossegor studio or at home within my service area. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The voucher amount matches the price of the chosen treatment on the day of purchase. If the treatment actually received costs more (longer session, different treatment, travel fee beyond 15 km from Hossegor), the difference is paid on site. If it costs less, the difference is not refunded.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card through the secure Stripe platform. No card data passes through this website. The order is final once payment is confirmed; Stripe e-mails you a receipt.

5. Delivery

The voucher is sent by e-mail, as a PDF, to the address given at checkout, within a few hours of the order (please check your spam folder). It carries a unique number. No postal delivery is offered.

6. Validity and use

The voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase. It is used in one go, by booking with me (online via Planity for the studio, through the contact form or by phone for home visits) and quoting its number. After the expiry date the voucher is lost and gives no right to a refund or extension, unless I agree otherwise in writing.

The voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash. It may be given to the person of your choice. An appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or not attended, may result in the voucher being forfeited.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. Simply tell me by e-mail at lesmainsdhana@gmail.com, for instance using the model below. The refund is made within fourteen days, by the same payment method.

The right of withdrawal no longer applies once the voucher has been used, i.e. if the treatment has been carried out, in full or in part, before the end of the period at your express request (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for gift voucher no. [number], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature (if sent on paper).”

8. Complaints and mediation

For any question or complaint, write to lesmainsdhana@gmail.com or call 06 72 53 37 65; I will reply promptly. In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may refer an unresolved dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator: [mediator to be appointed by Hana — name, address and website]. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

9. Personal data

Data collected at checkout is used only to process the order and issue the voucher. See the privacy policy.

10. Nature of the treatments

The massages offered are wellness massages, not therapeutic treatments, and are no substitute for medical advice or care. Please mention any contraindication before the session.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement or mediation, the French courts have jurisdiction.
