I’m Anaïs. I work from a small private studio in Soorts-Hossegor and travel to villas, rentals, hotels and surf camps along the south Landes coast. Sessions in English or French.

One room, one table, one therapist. Not a hotel spa: there is no hammam or jacuzzi, but there is time, attention and a treatment built around what your body needs that day. I trained in traditional Chinese medicine, fascia therapy (Tissual Balancing®) and assisted stretching (Be.Stretch®), after years in hotel spas in France, Switzerland and Australia.

Where to get a massage in Hossegor in English?
Do you speak English?
Yes. Sessions, online booking and messages can all be handled in English. Many of my summer clients are visitors from the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Germany, so explaining what hurts or what you would like in English is the norm here, not the exception.
Where is the studio and how far is it from Biarritz?
The studio is at Maison Rita, 68 allée Louis Pasteur, Soorts-Hossegor, a few minutes from the central beach and the lake. It is about 40 minutes by car from Biarritz airport (BIQ) and 10 minutes from Capbreton.
Can you come to my holiday rental or surf camp?
Yes. I travel to Hossegor, Capbreton, Seignosse, Soustons, Labenne and the villages around, with travel included within 15 km of Hossegor and a small fee beyond that. I bring the table, linen and oil; you only need a quiet space of about 3 by 2 metres.
Is this a spa?
No. It is a one-therapist studio: no hammam, pool or jacuzzi, just a quiet room and a treatment adapted to you. If you are looking for a hotel spa with facilities, this is not it; if you want an hour of focused hands-on work, it is.
