Data collected

The contact form collects the information you enter (name, e-mail, phone, town, message) for the sole purpose of answering your appointment request. The newsletter form collects your e-mail address for the sole purpose of sending you our news; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail.

Retention and recipients

This data is intended for Les mains d'Hana only and is never passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for at most 3 years without contact from you.

Technical processors

The site is hosted by Vercel; contact requests are stored securely (Supabase) and e-mails are sent via Resend. Studio bookings are made on Planity, which applies its own privacy policy.

Online gift voucher purchases are processed by Stripe, which receives your name, e-mail address and payment details for that purpose. No card details pass through or are kept on this site.

Audience measurement

Site traffic is measured with Plausible (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia), whose servers are located in the European Union. This tool sets no cookies. It records the page viewed, the referrer, the country, region and city, the device type, operating system and browser. Your IP address is sent to it with each request, as it is to any web server: it is used to determine your country, region and city and to compute a visit identifier that changes every day. It is never stored, and this identifier cannot recognise you from one day to the next.

Purpose: to know how many people visit the site and how they got there, in order to improve it. Legal basis: the legitimate interest in measuring traffic with a tool that does not track anyone individually over time. Retention: these statistics are kept for at most 5 years, then deleted by Plausible; neither your IP address nor any durable identifier appears in them.

There is therefore no consent banner to accept: there is nothing to consent to. No advertising tracker or social-network button is used.
